About Marge’s Polish Pride

‘Marge’s Polish Pride’ is an outstanding heirloom tomato that originated in Poland. First offered in the Seed Savers 1996 Yearbook by Donald C. Kellums of Port Byron, Illinois, USA. He received the seeds from the son-in-law of the lady called Marge, who brought them from Poland to the USA. Introduced commercially by ‘Tatiana’s TOMATObase Seeds’ in 2014.
Indeterminate, tall, and vigorous, potato leaf plants loaded with large (12-18oz./350-500g), pink beefsteak tomatoes. Meaty flesh with many small seed chambers and very few seeds. Excellent, sweet, and bold tomato taste. Late, about 85 days from transplant.
