About Mandarina
Collected from Guatemala in 1979. Rare and endangered. Introduced commercially by Tatiana’s TOMATObase Seeds in 2006. Indeterminate, regular leaf plants produce 1-2 oz., very cute, bright-red, small, flattened fruits with ruffled shoulders. Excellent full, rich, well-balanced tomato flavors, loaded with delicious, well-balanced sweetness. Some fruits have smoother shoulders and shaped like a small mandarin.
