About Malinovyy Tyulen (Малиновый Тюлень)
‘Malinovyy Tyulen’ is a Russian commercial variety, developed by one of the biggest Russian seed companies ‘Sibirskiy Sad’. Indeterminate, tall plants with a very high yield of stunningly beautiful pink fruits. Big (11-23 oz./300-650g), meaty hearts with very few seeds and creamy, sweet flesh. Plants doing very well even in cooler summers. Perfect for fresh in salads or on sandwiches, but also great for canning and cooking. Midseason, about 80 days to maturity.
