About Linnaeus Heart
‘Linnaeus Heart’ is a USA origin, named after a famous Swedish botanist Carl von LinnĂ©, (Carolus Linnaeus in Latin). This variety is very popular in Russia, where it is widely cultivated.
Indeterminate, regular leaf plants with a good yield of beautiful, large (11-14oz./300-400g), chocolate-brown outside, heart-shaped fruits with juicy, purple-reddish flesh, and very few seeds. Excellent, sweet, and rich tomato flavor with smoky notes. Midseason, about 78 days to maturity.
