About Large German Cherry
Introduced by Oregon State University in 1979. Developed by Professor Baur of Berlin at the University of Oregon in Corvallis from a cross between Kondine Red and Solanum pimpinellifolium. Indeterminate, compact, regular leaf plant produces 1-2 oz., large, round, red, cherry/saladette tomatoes with excellent sweet, bright flavors.
