About Kongo F1 Hybrid

‘Kongo F1’ is an indeterminate hybrid tomato developed by HM. Clause in France.
It is a regular leaf tomato plant with good production of medium (7oz./200g), oval-shaped, raspberry pink fruits that grow in clusters of 6-8 tomatoes each. The fruits have an excellent, well-balanced taste, meaty flesh with very few seeds, and long shelf life that makes them perfect for sauces. Development is early (60-65 days to maturity) and vigorous resulting in a large plant with continuous yield throughout the season in both cool and hot temperatures.
This hybrid requires regular watering and is disease resistant to the following diseases: TM, V, F3, C5, Lt, N, TSWN, and Ss. When conditions are unfavorable (heat, high humidity, etc.), calcium (Ca) fertilizer should be applied topically to the leaves.
