About Kibic

‘Kibic’ is a beautiful, red, paste-type tomato that originated in Poland. This variety is very well-known and liked by gardeners in Eastern Europe for its productivity and earliness.
Determinate, compact, and bushy plants with regular leaf foliage grow up to about 50 cm tall in the open field and up to about 100-120 cm in the greenhouse. Fruits are small (2-3oz./60-80g), elongated, and have a very good, sweet tomato flavor. Thick walls and a good amount of gel make them good not only for canning or cooking but also for fresh eating. Great producers until the first frosts. Early to midseason, about 65-78 days to maturity.
