Ukrainian heirloom. First offered in the Seed Savers 1993 Yearbook by Carolyn Male of Latham, New York, who received seeds from Al Lefkowitz, Albany, New York. Introduced commercially by Tatiana’s TOMATObase Seeds in 2014. Indeterminate, regular leaf plant produces 3-8 oz., perfectly shaped, red plum tomatoes with excellent flavor that is more sweet than acidic. Small seed chambers. Firm but still moderately juicy.
