Breeder and vendor: University of Idaho, Moscow, USA. HortScience 1980. Parentage: Pixie Hybrid x Sub-Arctic Midi. Characteristics: determinate dwarf, compact vine, ultra-early maturity, concentrated fruit set, 4-5 cm fruit. Adaptation: cool summer areas. Determinate and very robust, regular leaf plant produces 1-2.5 oz., red, flattened and slightly ribbed, shaped like mini-Marmande type, (but the first few fruits may be smooth). Very early fruit set and maturity. Excellent flavor, more acidic than sweet. Juicy.
