About Jerusalem Giant
‘Jerusalem Giant’ was first offered in the Seed Savers 2007 Yearbook by Al Anderson of Troy, Ohio. Indeterminate, regular leaf plants loaded with an outstanding yield of beautiful, large (11oz./300g) bi-colored, yellow and red beefsteaks. Meaty flesh and very few seeds. Sweet, and mild flavors. Excellent for fresh in salads or on sandwiches. Midseason, about 80 days to maturity.
