About Italian Large Red Pear (Italian Pear, Italian Red Pear, Giant Italian Pear)

‘Italian Large Red Pear’ is variety that originated in Italy. Tall, indeterminate plants with regular and wispy leaf vines, that load up a very good amount of beautiful, big, pear-shaped fruit with ribbed shoulders. Fruit weight about 8-14oz./230-400g or more, are red colored with very meaty, dense flesh. Perfect for cooking, canning and sauce, but also good for fresh. Very good, sweet taste. Late, about 85 days from transplant.
