About Inciardi Paste

‘Inciardi Paste’ tomato is a great family heirloom, that was brought over from Siciliy in 1900 by the Inciardi family. It was primarily grown in the Chicago area for many decades. Listed on the ‘Slow Food Ark of Taste’ endangered list. Beautiful, big, heart/plum shaped fruits with excellent, rich tomato flavors. Perfect sauce maker. Midseason, about 80 days to maturity.
