‘Huevos De Toro’ is a variety that originated in Spain. Offered by a number of seed vendors under a translated name ‘Couilles De Taureau’. First offered in the Seed Savers 2008 Yearbook by Tatiana Kochnareva, listed as ‘Couilles De Taureau’. Indeterminate, strong, and tall, regular leaf plants that produce very big (up to 1 lb), slightly flattened bright red beefsteak type fruit. Excellent tomato taste, perfectly balanced sweet and sour, rich tomato flavor. Very meaty yet juicy flesh. Late, about 85 days to maturity.
