About Hatho

‘Hatho’ is a green when ripe saladette tomato that was created by Phil Seneca of ‘Good Mind Seeds’ in Pennsylvania, United States. It is an exceptionally adaptable variety.
An exceptionally fruitful semi-determinate tomato plant with indigo-tinged potato leaf foliage which becomes more pronounced as the season winds down and temperatures drop. The green saladettes weighing 1-2oz./30-60g also develop antho as the climate gets colder. These tasty morsels have a pleasantly tangy flavor that pair well with fresh fruit and garden salads. A great variety with good disease resistance – can thrive in poor growing climates. First fruits will begin to ripen for enjoyment during mid-season, about 80-84 days after transplant.
