About Hartsack Yellow
Family heirloom from Hartsack family, discovered by Dorothy Beiswenger of Minnesota. First offered in the Seed Savers 1999 Yearbook by Neil Lockhart of Oblong, Illinois, who got the seeds from Dorothy Beiswenger. Indeterminate, regular leaf plants produce high yields of 5-12 oz., gorgeous bi-colored pink fruit. Exterior color turns almost fully pink when ripe.Very nice sweet flavors.
