About Green Copia
‘Green Copia’ was found by Andrey Baranovsky, Belarus while growing out Copia tomato. Most likely it is segregation or mutation of ‘Copia’ tomato. First offered in Seed Savers Yearbook in 2009. Medium to large (5-10oz./150-300g), green beefsteak type fruits with light red stripes, sometimes with wavy shoulders. Beautiful, green, and pink marbling inside. Sweet and fruity flavors. Indeterminate, regular leaf plants. Midseason – about 80 days from transplant.
