About Gordost Sibiri (Гордость Сибири)
‘Gordost Sibiri’ is a Russian commercial variety. The name means ‘Pride of Siberia’ in Russian. Indeterminate, regular leaf plants with very good yield of large (about 8-16 oz. or more), round and flattened, sligtly ruffled on the shoulders red beefsteak-type tomatoes. Delicious, sweet flavor with good touch of acidicy. Meaty yet juicy flesh. Midseason, about 80 days from transplant.
