‘Gioia Della Mensa’ tomato is a picture beautiful, red, round, and slightly oblate tomato, that originated in Italy. The name can be translated into English as ‘Joy of the Table’. ‘Gioia Della Mensa’ was first mentioned in the 1956 (and then in many next) “Ingegnoli” catalogs, Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
Indeterminate, regular leaf plant produces medium-size (5-7oz./150-200g), red, round, somewhat ribbed on the shoulders fruits with juicy flesh and excellent, well-balanced flavors. Moderately juicy flesh with very good, smooth texture. Midseason, about 75 days to maturity.
