About Gigante Farina

The enormous ‘Gigante Farina’ tomato is the result of the breeding efforts of Remo Farina, the Italian gardener who holds the record for the largest tomato in his nation.
An indeterminate tomato plant with regular leaf foliage bearing large to extremely large-sized (14-32oz./400-900g, or much more), red, slightly ribbed, and juicy beefsteaks that are highly aromatic with fruity flavors, dense flesh, and few seeds. An outstanding option for fresh juicing and pasta dishes. Fruits will begin to ripen mid-to-late season, 75-85 days to maturity.
