About German Lunchbox
A popular heirloom from Germany. First offered commercially in 2006 by Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds , who obtained the seed from a local gentleman in Missouri, whose family brought this tomato with them when they immigrated to the USA from Germany. Indeterminate, regular leaf plant produces small
fruit the size of an egg, vibrant pink, and fruity sweet. Delicious! Perfectly sized for salads or putting in the lunchbox!

I love this tomato but I cannot find a seeds in your new 2021 catalog. I would love to order some. Are there any left over from last year and are they out of stock or have you discontinued them
Hi Joan, this variety is available at https://www.rareseeds.com/store/vegetables/pink/german-lunchbox-tomato
We got a very healthy plant of this type and the fruit looks great but tastes mushy. Help
Hi, can you tell us more about the growing conditions? Cultivation in a pot or in the ground? Watering? Fertilization? Some varieties react with deterioration of the fruit taste in conditions of too much rainfall or, for example, insufficient fertilization, especially with potassium and magnesium.
