About Dwarf Saucy Mary

‘Dwarf Saucy Mary’ is a new release from the ‘Dwarf Tomato Project’. Introduced for the 2018 gardening season by the ‘Victory Seed Company’ and ‘Tatiana’s TOMATObase’.
This variety was selected by Craig LeHoullier from the ‘Kiwi’ family bred by Sherry Long from a cross made in 2012 between ‘Dino Eggs’ and an F2 selection from the ‘Lazy’ family. Craig LeHoullier named this tomato for his wife Susan’s Aunt Mary Kelly. Robin Bort, Dan Follett, Bill Yoder, Bill Burke, Chris Mauchline, Nicole Diana, Peter Knight, Patricia Hippeli, Steve Carey, and Donna Marie Kudrak also participated in the stabilization of this variety. The release quantity of seed was produced by Bill Minkey.
‘Dwarf Saucy Mary’ is a dwarf-type plant with regular, rugose leaf foliage and very good yield of 4-6 oz., elongated, green when ripe fruit, that has green skin, with dark and light green stripes. Juicy and full of flavor flesh. Early, about 65 days from transplant.
