About Dwarf Audrey‘s Love
‘Dwarf Audrey‘s Love’ was developed by the members of the Dwarf Tomato Project from a cross made by Sherry Long between ‘Dino Eggs’ and F2 selection from the ‘Lazy Family’ in 2012 and named ‘Kiwi Family’. It was selected and named by Robin Bort after her mother. Stabilization was the collaborative work of Robin Bort, Craig LeHoullier, Lee Newman, Justin Sieglaff, Bill Burke, Suzanna Dzejachok, Bill Yoder, Nicole Diana, Donna Marie Kudrak, Chris Mauchline and Desire Sommers, Bill Minkey. Introduced commercially by Victory Seed Company in 2020.
Regular and rugose leaf, dwarf-type plants are loaded with small (2-4oz./60-100g), elongated, plum-shaped paste-type fruits. Beautifully colored, chocolate fruits have dark green striping outside and a juicy, sweet, and mild in taste flesh. Midseason, about 78 days after transplant. Outstanding producer.
