About Copper Currant
Offered by J&L Gardens Seed in 2013. A cherry tomato from J&L’s Ambrosia line crossed back to a wild relative. (L.hirsutum)
Indeterminate, regular leaf, 7′ plants produce huge amounts of 5/8″, red fruits with green gel at the center producing a translucent copper color. These register as some of the highest sugar (brix) levels recorded in a tomato. Ripening in about 65 days.
