Condine Red AKA Kondine Red.German origin. Dates back to 1934. Donated to USDA in April 1949 from Germany. Compact indeterminate, regular leaf plants produce early fruit set of 1-3 oz., Fruits are red, smooth, round and slightly oblate, and grow in clusters of 3-6. Juicy flesh, very good taste, more acidic than sweet.
