‘Coeur de Boeuf de Nice’ is an heirloom tomato from Nice, France. Medium size (6-11 oz.), red, slightly ribbed pear-shaped fruit with very dense, meaty flesh and a small amount of gel and seed. Sometimes partially empty seed chambers. Delicious, old-fashioned tomato taste. Perfect for cooking, canning, and for fresh. Indeterminate, regular-leaf plants are very prolific. Mid-season, about 80 days to maturity.

I am looking for Cuore di Bue. Is that simply the Italian name for Coeur de Boeuff Nice? They don't quite fit my image.
