About Cobourg
Canadian heirloom. Introduced in Seed Savers 1986 Yearbook by Will Bonsall of Farmington, Maine. Donated to USDA in 1960. Indeterminate, regular leaf plant produces good yields of 2-3 oz, round, slightly lobed, red/pink fruits with some yellow shoulders when fruits are exposed to direct sun. The shoulders disappear when the fruit is fully ripe. Good producer, excellent sharp taste, nice acidic/sweet balance. A great small tomato with a big taste!
