About Clackamas Blueberry
‘Clackamas Blueberry’ was developed by Tom Wagner of Everett, Washington, and released via ‘New World Seeds & Tubers’ in 2012. Another excellent variety with rich anthocyanin’s making for a deep color. Indeterminate, regular leaf plants with anthocyanin coloring on stems and fruits. Small (about 1 oz./30g), red, round fruits with strong anthocyanin splash on the sun-exposed parts of the fruits. Fruits are about the size of a large cherry and ripen to a dark red. Some fruits can be irregularly shaped. Very nice flavor, more acidic than sweet.
