Seeds were collected and brought from Almaty, Kazakhstan by Nadezhda Leona. Her daughter, Nonna Glebova, has been growing this variety in Tri-City area, BC, Canada and she shared some plants with Tatiana Kouchnareva in 2013. Introduced commercially by Tatiana’s TOMATObase Seeds in 2014. Indeterminate, regular leaf plants produce loads of with medium-sized, red, perfectly-shaped plum tomatoes. Blemish-free and no cracking. A perfect paste or canning tomato with very good flavor. Keeps very well after picking.
