‘Chef’s Choice Pink F1’ is a large (12 to 14 oz., but often over 1 pound), crack-free, pink beefsteak-type tomato, an All-America Selections (AAS) winner for 2015. The perfect acid to sugar balance in this tomato makes it a must for any home or proffesional chef. Meaty, but juicy flesh is perfect for fresh, for salads and sandwiches, but also works great for stewing or canning. Indeterminate, potato leaf plants have good disease resistance (F, A, N, TMV). Midseason, about 75 days to maturity.
