Sometimes when they are multi color I’m not sure when they are ripe

Hi Leslie, when you are unsure based on color alone, it’s best to base it on “feel”. A fully ripe tomato should squeeze in a bit and bounce back when you release. If it’s hard, it’s unripe, if it doesn’t bounce back, it’s overripe.
