About Champion iz Minusinska (Чемпион из Минусинска)
‘Champion iz Minusinska’ is a variety that was brought from the most famous Russian Tomato Festival in Minusinsk (the city located on the Yenisei River in Krasnoyarsk Krai, in the Siberian Federal District in Russia) by one of the Russian collectors who shared seeds with other growers. Very prolific, tall, indeterminate plants with regular leaves. Huge (400-800g or more), pink heart-shaped (sometimes double heart) fruit, with a very good balanced flavor. Very meaty, small seed cavity, and very few seeds. Midseason, about 80 days to mature.
