About Cascade Village Blue
‘Cascade Village Blue’ was created by Tom Wagner of Everette, Washington, USA, from a cross made between his ‘Green Zebra’ tomato and another, anthocyanin variety.
Semi-determinate plant with regular leaf foliage is an outstanding producer of red saladette (1-2oz./30-60g) tomatoes with a strong antho splash on the shoulders. The flesh is red, tender, tart, and flavorful. Great for salad. Midseason, about 75 days after transplant.
