About Capricciosa
Italian origin. The name means ‘Capricious’ in Italian.
Indeterminate, regular leaf plant produces 4-12 oz., red beefsteak fruit with very ruffled shoulders. Very beautiful on the plate. Seed locules are small and located around the perimeter of the fruit, with the middle being a solid meaty flesh. Good keeper. Very good balanced flavor. It also makes a great sauce.
