About Bychye Serdtse ot Zyryanovey iz Minusinska (Бычье Сердце от Зыряновей из Минусинска)
Bychye Serdtse ot Zyryanovey iż Minusinska is a variety that was brought from the most famous Russian Tomato Festival in Minusinsk (the city located on the Yenisei River in Krasnoyarsk Krai, in the Siberian Federal District in Russia) by one of the Russian collectors who shared seeds with other growers. Beautiful, big (400-600g or more), pink blunt hearts on indeterminate, regular and wispy leaf vines. Excellent, sweet taste, with a bit of acidity, very meaty and juicy flesh. Very good tomato flavor. About 80 days to mature.
