‘Butalina di Castellamonte’ is a very rare heirloom tomato that originated in Cuneo city, Piedmont region, Northern Italy.
Indeterminate, regular leaf plants are outstanding producers of medium size (5oz./150g.), red, elongated, paste-type fruits. Good, old-fashioned tomato flavors make this variety great for cooking, canning, or drying. Midseason, about 78 days to maturity.
