About Burgess Lemon
An old heirloom variety from Burgess seed catalog. Donated to the USDA in 1969. Indeterminate, regular leaf, vigorous plants produce high yields of 4-10 oz., beautifully shaped, ruffled beefsteaks that are yellow at the beginning of the season, and acquire pinkish blush when the weather gets sunny and hot. Delicious sweet flavors.
