‘Brandywine, Red (Landis Valley)’ is a strain of ‘Red Brandywine’, that was maintained by the Landis Valley Village; Farm Museum, Lancaster, Pensylvania, USA. This strain is thought to be the true ‘Red Brandywine’ Tomato. Indeterminate, regular leaf plants produce very steady in shape and size – round and slightly oblate, medium (about 7-10 oz) red fruit with outstanding, rich tomato flavor. Midseason, about 75-80 days to maturity.
