About Blue Wonder

‘Blue Wonder’ is about 4oz./100g pink beefsteak tomato with heavy anthocyanin covering on the shoulders of the fruit, the indeterminate plants also express some of the same deep purple pigment. If you enjoy a good mystery, ‘Blue Wonder’ may be the tomato for you. Although the origins of this variety are unclear, it is said to taste similar to ‘Muddy Waters’, which is another anthocyanin pigmented variety. The taste is clean, fresh, sweet, and nice tomato flavor. Midseason, 75-90 days after transplant, regular leaf.
