About Blue Streak

‘Blue Streak’ is a beautiful variety developed by Tom Wagner of Everett, Washington, USA. It was released in 2012 via Tom’s ‘New World Seeds & Tubers’ and first offered in the Seed Savers 2013 Yearbook by Martin Longseth of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. Indeterminate, regular leaf plants with a good yield of small (about 2-6 oz.), round, red tomatoes with dark blue antho splash on the sun-exposed part of the fruit. Juicy flesh with very good tomato flavor, more acidic than sweet. Mid- to late season, about 80-85 days to maturity.
