About Blue River
First offered in the Seed Savers 1984 Yearbook by Lloyd Duggins of Mauckport, Indiana, who said that seeds were given to him by a stranger. Introduced commercially by Tatiana’s TOMATObase Seeds in 2014. Indeterminate, regular leaf plants produce high yields of large 12-18 oz., pink, slightly ruffled, beefsteak tomatoes. Flesh is very meaty, with small seed chambers. Delicious flavors.
