About Black Master
‘Black Master’ is a beautiful black beefsteak-type variety, that was first offered in the Seed Savers 2000 Yearbook by Neil Lockhart of Oblong, Illinois, USA, who got the seeds from Rachel Johnson of Gautier, Massachusetts, USA. Indeterminate, regular leaf plants, with a high yield of medium-sized (5-10oz./140-280g) black fruits with very good, rich tomato flavor. Midseason, about 75 days to maturity.
