About Black Emperor
‘Black Emperor’ is a very rare tomato variety that was first introduced in North America by ‘Tradewindsfruit’ of Santa Rosa, California, USA, in 2012.
Early indeterminate, regular leaf plant produces a very good yield of dark, medium-sized, (5oz./150g), plum-shaped fruits with meaty, sweet, very well-balanced tomato flavors and smoky notes. Midseason, about 75 days to maturity.
