About Black Elephant

A fairly early, black variety from France that is of medium to large size. Fruits are round to irregular in shape and of a deep purple-pink color. This variety has finely flavored flesh that is well balanced and sweet. It is a great choice for home gardeners with shorter seasons.

    My favourite tomato and grows well in my greenhouse. Quite heavy fruit so vines need to be well staked. Lovely flavour and grows well from saved seed.
