About Big Zebra
‘Big Zebra’ tomato is the biggest of all the Zebras. It was found by Linda and Vince Sapp of ‘Tomato Growers Supply’. This is what they say about this variety: ‘The appearance is so striking and different that we couldn’t help noticing it growing in a patch of Copia tomatoes’. Huge, indeterminate, regular-leaf plants that yields big crops of 1-2 lb., orange-red and green striped tomatoes on the outside and green and pink striped on the inside. Fruits are loaded with deliciously sweet and robust flavors. A beautiful and unusual tomato sure to be a showpiece in your garden. The tomatoes has a mild sweet flavor. Excellent tomato for making thick slices for sandwiches or cut into salads. Late, about 85 days from transplant.
