About Betimes Macbeth
‘Betimes Macbeth’ is a very unique variety developed by Tom Wagner of Everett, Washington, USA. This determinate, regular leaf, the small plant was bred by using wild species. Very good yield of beautiful, shiny, bloody-red cherry-sized tomato, round, sometimes slightly elongated and irregular in shape. Perfect for pots or hanging baskets. Tolerates cold nights and has a very long shelf life – can stay fresh for about two months after harvesting. The seeds are very small and take longer to germinate than normal tomatoes. Taste is also a little bit different – more sweet and tangy. Very early, first, ripe fruit can be harvested after 5 weeks from blooming.
