About Belle Maurinoise Verte
‘Belle Maurinoise Verte’ is a green when ripe tomato bred by Eric Pedebas of France. This is a sister line of ‘Belle Maurinoise Jaune’ tomato, developed from a cross made between ‘Crimean Black’ and ‘Pineapple’. Very vigorous, tall and indeterminate plants with regular leaf foliage. Loaded with good yield of beautiful beefsteak type fruit with slightly ruffled shoulders. Good disease resistant plants and crack free fruit. Mild, more sweet than acidic tomato taste, meaty flesh. Midseason, about 80 days to maturity.
