About Aussie
‘Aussie’ is an Australian heirloom. First introduced in Seed Savers 2002 Yearbook by Charles E. Case of Grovetown, Georgia, USA. Indeterminate, regular leaf plants, very vigorious and healthy. Beautiful, large (about 10-14 oz.), red beefsteaks, slightly flattened with ribbed shoulders. Outstanding, rich tomato flavor, very good balanced sweet and acidic taste. Late, about 90 days from transplant.
