About Aussie Drop

‘Aussie Drop’ was developed by the members of the ‘Dwarf Tomato Project’ from a cross made by Patrina Nuske Small of an F4 generation selection of Dwarf Tomato Project release ‘Kangaroo Paw Brown’ and the indeterminate variety ‘Purple Russian’ and named ‘Lazy’ family. ‘Aussie Drop’ was selected and named by Patrina. Stabilization was the collaborative work of Patrina, Craig LeHoullier, Shawn Connant, Bill Minkey, and John Dunton. Introduced commercially in 2020 by Victory Seed Company of Molalla, Oregon, USA.
