About Ausriai (Aushriai, Aušriai)

‘Ausriai’ is an early tomato variety from Lithuania. Created from a cross made between ‘Ryčiai’ and Nr.1154 at Kaunas Institute of Horticulture in 1981. One of the collaborative creators was Genovaitė Teklė Visockienė. Saladette (3oz./70g), red, round fruits have good, well-balanced flavors and a pleasant aroma. Determinate, regular leaf plants are outstanding producers. About 60-70 days to maturity.
