About Aubry’s Special Pinks
‘Aubry’s Special Pinks’ is an old American heirloom, that was grown for years by a groundskeeper at the ‘American Horticultural Society River Farm’ named Aubry and his family – hence the name of this variety. It produce beautiful, slightly ribbed and flattened, large, pink, sweet beefsteaks. Very meaty flesh with small seed chambers and very few seeds. Midseason, about 75 days to maturity.
